Rhodes Bank Chambers: The Rhodes Bank Chambers, is Pennine Mencap's HQ and the location of our drop-in centre. We run a good deal of our day to day activities here and the space has grown hugely in the last seven years.

The building was donated derelict in 2015 and its transformation since that time has been remarkable. We have had a brand new roof installed, a drama studio, brand new kitchens and much much more. As our space grows and the facilities improve, it allows us to provide a higher level of service to our users.

At Rhodes Bank, we have the following for use by Service Users:

Hurst Community Centre: – This is our home in Tameside for a number of our groups, events and shows. We use the space as the Theatre Royale for hosting Stage Rights and Rhodes Bank Choir performances, as well as an events hall for seasonal fayres and, of course, our monthly 'Friday Night Club' social group.
